Carla Robinson, CPCC - Executive / Organizational Coach & Facilitator  

Carla Robinson is a respected and highly experienced Executive / Organizational Coach and Facilitator with twenty-five years of executive, leadership and consulting experience.

With a proven track record for resolving business issues and achieving positive bottom line results, Carla quickly establishes rapport with leaders, appreciating the challenges and pressures they face.  She draws on her background in customer relations, operations, strategy, collaborative processes, marketing, governance and human resources in her coaching and facilitation practice.

Carla is passionate about supporting executives and leaders in leveraging their potential.  She believes the key to successful leadership is establishing effective relationships - and relationships are all about communication. 

Carla coaches executives, leaders, and their teams at all levels focusing on areas such as:

Carla also develops and facilitates team effectiveness initiatives and workshops.  All programs are designed to meet the individual client’s specific outcomes.  Areas of focus include Team Effectiveness, Communication, Coaching and Mentoring Skills, Navigating Conflict, Strategic Alignment, Leading Change, Appreciative Inquiry and Enhancing Courage and Confidence. 

Carla is a 2010 recipient of the Prism Award for excellence in coaching through the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches.  She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute; a graduate of the advanced program Foundations of Ontological Coaching through the Newfield Network; a graduate of the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Program through the Centre for Right Relationship, and a Certified Bigger Game Coach. Carla is an instructor in the Continuing Education department at the University of Calgary, is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Insights Discovery tool, Appreciative Inquiry and a number of 360 degree feedback processes.  She is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, as well as numerous professional and executive development programs.

In addition, Carla has twenty-five years of Board and committee experience in the not for profit sector.  She is currently Past Chair of Wood’s Homes, a Calgary Emergency Women’s Shelter board member, a Rotarian, a Past President of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches and a Calgary Exhibition and Stampede alumni.
