Carla Robinson, CPCC - Executive / Organizational Coach & Facilitator
Carla Robinson is a respected and highly experienced Executive / Organizational Coach and Facilitator with twenty-five years of corporate executive / leadership and consulting experience.
With a proven track record for resolving business issues and achieving positive bottom line results, and having been a Vice President and senior leader in the oil and gas and banking sectors, Carla quickly establishes rapport, appreciating the challenges and pressures leaders at all levels are facing. She draws on her background in operations, customer relations, strategy, collaborative processes, marketing, governance and human resources in her coaching, facilitation and consulting practice.
Effective relationships are the key to success - and relationships are all about communication. Carla is passionate about supporting executives and leaders in designing effective relationships, leveraging potential and navigating change.

Carla is a 2010 recipient of the Prism Award for excellence in coaching. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute; a graduate of the advanced program Foundations of Ontological Coaching through the Newfield Network; a certified Immunity to Change facilitator; a graduate of the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Program through the Centre for Right Relationship, a Certified Bigger Game Coach, is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Appreciative Inquiry and a number of 360 degree feedback processes. She is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, as well as numerous professional and executive development programs.
